At SAMSIDDHI FASHION EXPORT PRIVATE LIMITED, customer satisfaction is important to us. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer returns, exchanges, and refunds subject to the terms below.

Return Policy

Customers may request a return within 2 days of receiving the product.

Return Conditions

• Product must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition.

• Original tags, labels, and packaging must be intact.

• Return request must be submitted within 2 days of delivery.

• Products showing signs of use or damage caused after delivery will not be accepted.

Once the returned product is received and inspected, the refund process will begin if approved.

Exchange Policy

Customers may request an exchange within 7 days of delivery in the following cases:

• You wish to exchange for a different size, color, or design.

• You received the wrong product.

• The product arrived damaged or has a manufacturing defect.

Exchange Conditions

• Product must be unused and unwashed.

• Original tags and packaging must be intact.

• Exchange requests must be made within 7 days of delivery.

• Exchanges are subject to product availability.

• Return shipping and re-shipping charges may apply for non-defective exchanges.

Mandatory Unboxing Video

To claim a damaged, defective, missing, or incorrect product, an unboxing video is mandatory.

The video must:

• Start before opening the package.

• Clearly show the shipping label.

• Clearly show the issue without cuts, edits, or interruptions.

Claims submitted without a valid unboxing video may not be accepted.

Non-Returnable & Non-Exchangeable Items

The following products are not eligible for return or exchange:

• Used or washed products.

• Products without original tags or packaging.

• Customized or altered products.

• Sale, clearance, or discounted items.

• Products damaged due to customer misuse or handling after delivery.

Refund Policy

Refunds will be issued in the following situations:

• An approved return request is received within the return period.

• A damaged, defective, or incorrect product is returned and approved.

• A replacement product is unavailable.

• The order cannot be fulfilled after payment.

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after approval.

Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the error occurred on our side.

Cancellation Policy

Orders may be cancelled only before dispatch. Once an order has been shipped, cancellation requests cannot be accepted.
