Returns

We do not accept returns for reasons such as:

• Change of mind

• Ordering by mistake

• Personal preference after purchase

However, if you do not like the color, design, or product after delivery, we may provide an exchange option instead of a refund or return, subject to the conditions below.

Exchange Policy

We offer product exchanges in the following situations:

• You did not like the color or design after delivery

• You wish to select another available product

• You received a damaged or wrong product

Exchange Conditions

• Product must be unused and unwashed

• Original tags and packaging must be intact

• Exchange request must be made within 2 days of delivery

• Exchange is subject to product availability

• Customers may need to pay return and re-shipping charges for non-defective exchanges

Once we receive and inspect the returned product, the exchange process will begin.

Eligible Return Cases

Returns are accepted only in genuine issue cases such as:

• Wrong product received

• Damaged product received

• Major manufacturing defect

In such cases, customers must contact us within 24 hours of delivery with proper proof.

Mandatory Unboxing Video

To claim any damage, missing item, or wrong product issue, an unboxing video is compulsory.

The video must:

• Start before opening the package

• Clearly show the shipping label

• Clearly show the issue without cuts or edits

Claims without an unboxing video may not be accepted.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

• Used or washed products

• Products without original tags or packaging

• Customized or altered products

• Sale or discounted items

• Products damaged after delivery due to customer handling

Refund Policy

Refunds are provided only if:

• A return request for a damaged/wrong product is approved

• Replacement product is unavailable

• The order cannot be fulfilled by SAMSIDDHI FASHION EXPORT PRIVATE LIMITED after payment

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the error was from our side.

Cancellation Policy

Orders can only be cancelled before dispatch. Once the order is shipped, cancellation requests may not be accepted.
